Waiver Page

I, hereby acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in the candle-making class provided by Rych Wicks Candles LLC, Flint, Michigan.

I understand that the candle-making process involves the use of hot wax, and other potentially hazardous materials. I acknowledge that there are inherent risks associated with participating in the class, including but not limited to burns, allergic reactions, and accidents.

In consideration for being permitted to participate in the candle-making class, I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Rych Wicks Candles LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents from any and all liability, claims, demands, actions, and causes of action whatsoever arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by me during or arising out of my participation in the class.

I understand and agree that this release includes any claims based on the actions, omissions, or negligence of Rych Wicks Candles LLC, its owners, instructors, employees, and agents, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in the class.

I am aware of the risks and hazards associated with participating in the candle-making class and voluntarily choose to assume those risks. I understand that I may be required to follow safety instructions provided by the instructor during the class.

I further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rych Wicks Candles LLC from any loss, liability, damage, or costs, including court costs and attorney fees, that may be incurred by Rych Wicks Candles LLC as a result of my participation in the candle-making class.

If you crack, chip or break any candle vessel you will be held responsible for the cost of that vessel. 

I have read this waiver and release form, fully understand its terms, and understand that I am giving up substantial rights by signing it. I voluntarily sign this waiver and release form without inducement.
